Founder and Fundraising

I am a curator and founded the Kunstlokal Festival 2022 together with ajour, an association for art and cultural projects. By establishing the first recurring art festival in the Zurich Oberland, we wanted to open up new ways to illuminate the local and regional museum landscape through contemporary artistic positions. As a flexible and reactive platform, our method is based on supporting new perspectives and creative formats that enable deeper engagement between museums, artist:s, cultural practitioners and the public. As a curator, I am particularly interested in initiatives that critically engage with local and global contexts - an attitude that is expressed in this project through the various artistic positions.

Cultural mediator

I am the cultural mediation director of the Kunstlokal Festival and take care of the participatory aspect of this event. I strongly believe in the beneficial effects of culture for each of us and, by extension, for society. Through exchange, discovery and experimentation, new horizons open up to us, both externally and internally. I would like to offer all visitors to our festival moments of discovery and joyful encounter.

Designer and Artistic Director

As a budding curator, I supported the Kunstlokal Festival in the development and elaboration of its positioning and artistic direction. It is a particular pleasure for me to be involved in the young phase of the festival and to see the project grow. From a cultural and curatorial perspective, I am attracted by the combination of the scenic and industrial atmosphere of the Zurich Oberland and how these features can be translated into a cultural format and. I am currently complementing my previous work as a graphic designer with a degree in Curatorial Studies at the Zurich University of the Arts.

To join a great project is like a gift. I am happy to complement the team with my skills in fundraising, events and communication and my large network. With my long experience in the cultural field, my "gwunder" and my openness to discover new things, I help the Kunstlokal and this year's edition with creativity and motivation to the due success.
